Registered Nurse
Job Description:
Participates and presents in-service programs
Provide patient care as needed.
Complete initial assessment form and Supervisory visit form
Supervisor to aides
Job Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license to practice in Ohio.
Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
Reliable Transportation
State Tested Nursing Assistant
Job Description:
Provide direct care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide basic care: Bathing & Grooming, some light cleaning, feeding, and dressing.
Perform errands:(but not limited to) Grocery store and/ or Prescription.
Job Requirements:
Reliable Transportation
Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and move client’s weight to 250 pounds.
Lift and/ or carry up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
